Frisch renovierte 13 Appartements-Anlage. Wird von einen älteren Ehepaar und seinem Sohn und seiner Schwiegertochter geführt. Das Appartement ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Wir wohnten auf der Vorderseite, unsere Freunde hatten das Appartement neben uns.
Wir blickten von unserem Appartement aus auf den Königsgraben und das Schwimmbecken. Die Appartementanlage finden wir für Kinder nicht so geeignet, zu wenig los.
Sehr freundliche Menschen, die alles für einen regeln, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir sind auch dreimal zu Tee mit Gebäck eingeladen worden, von dem älteren Mann gemacht, sehr lecker. Supermarkt gegenüber, Bäcker an der Straßenecke, Zentrum 50 m von der Anlage entfernt.
Die Anlage liegt aber an einer Durchgangsstraße. Wenn man auf der Vorderseite wohnt (so wie wir) dann hat man unter dem Verkehr zu leiden. Auf der Seite oder Rückseite merkt man nichts davon. Für uns empfehlenswert, diese Anlage ist völlig in Ordnung. Als wir da waren, haben sie den Anfang fürs Wifi gelegt.
Für einen kleinen Preis kann man dann in seinem Appartement ins Internet gehen.
